Expected Experience

• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate Engineering discipline
• 10 plus years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent Primavera P6 skills.
• Fully conversant with forms of contract, competent in financial and contractual matters.
• Understand and be able to apply resourcing and cost to schedule activities.
• Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to motivate team members.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter and possess leadership qualities.
• Able to set priorities and meet critical time deadlines.
• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office disciplines at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, construction sequencing, and logistics.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Experience working in Owner organizations or as an owner representative.
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing or manufacturing of medical devices or related industries.
• Experience with very large capital program organizations.
• Experience using Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS.
