Engineer - CNC Process, Junior

Responsibilities:

* Support compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards, including internal operating systems and ISO/IATF requirements

* Demonstrate and promote company core values while working collaboratively within the team

* Assist engineering and production teams in meeting key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and efficiency

* Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and continuous improvement activities

* Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to understand machining processes

* Assist in estimating machining cycle times, tooling, and equipment needs

* Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and purchasing teams on process development and improvements

* Provide general project and documentation support as needed

Education:

* Currently pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field

Skills &

Qualifications:

* Basic understanding or strong interest in CNC machining and manufacturing processes

* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD or Solid Works) is a plus

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on setting
