We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is excited to transform ideas into efficient, scalable production solutions.
What You’ll Do Lead Continuous Improvement- Champion Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site
- Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive both local and global CI projects that deliver measurable value
- Investigate and resolve process, product, and tooling issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Optimize workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization to improve performance
- Partner with the Manufacturing Manager and cross‑functional teams
- Train and support teams in Lean tools, Kaizen events, and best practices
- Communicate process updates and ensure smooth adoption of improvements
- Recommend and support capital equipment investments
- Ensure new and existing processes incorporate Lean principles
- Audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Participate in supplier qualification audits
- Contribute to safety and quality programs
- Take on special projects and assignments that drive business success
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Equivalent hands‑on experience will also be considered)
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally with custom‑engineered products
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies
- Experience in biotech, chemical manufacturing, or complex process equipment is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- Consideration will be given to individuals who may not have the specified depth of educational background, but have extensive experience deemed to satisfy the overall requirements of the position.
- At least (3) years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role preferred, preferably involving custom-engineered technical products.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of LEAN manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Background in biotech or chemical industry, or experience with custom-designed process equipment of a similar scale and complexity preferred.
