Senior Industrial Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency, optimize workflows and advance continuous improvement across our operations. This role will focus on process analysis, layout optimization, and the implementation of lean methodologies to enhance productivity and performance.

What You Will Do:
- Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
- Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.
- Identify waste, non-value-added activities, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain value stream maps, process flow diagrams, and standard work documentation.
- Lead employee training and mentor team members on process improvements and standard work.
- Design and optimize factory layouts using Draft Sight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations with a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum 3 years of experience.
- Manufacturing experience

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Certification or practical knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimization principles
- Proficiency in Draft Sight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software
- Problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions
