Job Summary
The position is described below. Process, monitor, research, mitigate risks, and preserve the data integrity of the operational aspect and the credit documentation of the supported commercial lending portfolios by providing an exceptional level of quality, client service and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or work related experience, or equivalent education and related training
- Three years of banking or financial services experience, preferably in a high paced, high volume environment
- Detail oriented and proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
- Knowledge of regulatory, external, and internal compliance requirements and guidelines
- Must be able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of lending personnel, including strong written and verbal communications
- Strong time management, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Aptitude to read and interpret complex loan documents and loan structures
- Sound decision making skills that demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an area governed by production standards, heavy workloads and critical deadlines
