Position InformationThe CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) Associate - Ryan White at our Wilson Community Health Center provides tracking, monitoring, administrative support services and reporting to members of the clinical team. The position reports to the Director of the Ryan White Program.
THIS POSITION OFFERS A 40-HOUR WORKWEEK, NO WEEKENDS, FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE, 12 PAID HOLIDAYS, BI-WEEKLY PAY.- Enter patient data into CAREWare using information from patient charts and patient management system.
- Provides continuous data maintenance through audits and reports for the Ryan White Program and clinical services.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of various management and federal reports.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of performance measure data and quality improvement projects.
- Provide training and technical assistance to co-workers as needed.
- Track, monitor, and report outcome measures of the approved Ryan White work plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Intermediate level of computer experience, data entry, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Experience in a medical setting; medical terminology preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements- Constant standing and walking, occasional bending, stooping, lifting, reaching forward and overhead.
- May occasionally be required to lift patients, office equipment and paper, usually not exceeding fifty pounds of direct lift.

The starting pay for this position is $13.25 per hour. Please keep in mind that actual salary will vary based on various factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
