Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic Based - Wilson, North Carolina
Our client, an established ABA organization, is looking for a BCBA who enjoys being part of a collaborative, hands‑on clinic environment. This organization is growing and is looking to add additional BCBAs to their team to provide individualized ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their team partners closely with families to design comprehensive, meaningful treatment programs that build independence and improve quality of life.
This role goes beyond writing programs. It is about supporting clients, guiding RBTs, and building strong relationships with families to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
This role is clinic‑based. You will be onsite in the Wilson, NC center Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with RBTs and families before services begin to prepare for client success.
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote meaningful progress.
- Provide consistent supervision and hands‑on support to RBTs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support a collaborative clinic environment.
Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges
- Strong clinical decision‑making and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage caseload while maintaining quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work onsite in Wilson, NC.
Preferred Experience:
- Clinic experience
- 1+ year experience as a BCBA
- Experience supervising RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Experience providing parent training
