How you’ll contributeAn Information Technology and Systems Director who excels in this role will:
- Partner with hospital executives, clinical leaders, and enterprise IT leadership to align technology strategy with organizational priorities, patient care objectives, and operational goals.
- Direct all hospital IT operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performing infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and end‑user support services.
- Lead enterprise technology initiatives at the facility level, including EHR optimization, digital transformation, cybersecurity modernization, and infrastructure improvement efforts.
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture, regulatory compliance, and technology governance by ensuring adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, enterprise standards, and risk management best practices.
- Drive operational excellence through IT service management, process improvement, analytics, and performance metrics that enhance system reliability, clinician experience, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve patient outcomes and support business performance.
- Develop and mentor high‑performing IT teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
- Identify opportunities to optimize technology investments, reduce operational costs, and advance innovation through scalable, data‑driven, and value‑focused technology strategies.
