Service Now Business Analyst
The Service Now platform team is currently experiencing significant slowdowns due to fragmented and inconsistent current-state processes, particularly around story refinement, quality requirements, and release deliverables. Seeking a short-term contingent Business Analyst with deep Service Now expertise. This role will focus on streamlining and documenting current-state processes, improving requirement quality, and ensuring that deliverables for the release process are well-defined and actionable.
The BA will work closely with platform engineers, release managers, and governance stakeholders to accelerate throughput and reduce rework. The role will ensure that governance deliverables and release artifacts are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements. This resource will support backlog burn-down by enabling faster story readiness and reducing cycle time through better requirement clarity.
