Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to troubleshoot desktops and laptops and to support desk-side applications and client infrastructure. You will interact with clients to address technical issues and respond timely and accurately.
The role requires providing customer support, handling service calls within SLAs, and completing timely documentation and reporting. Travel to client locations, sometimes long distances or overnight assignments, may be required.
