The Enterprise Voice Technology and Integration Engineer provides technical ownership and delivers secure, production-ready solutions across Enterprise Voice applications, platforms, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.

This role translates technology standards, security and risk findings, architectural requirements, operational needs, and emerging ideas into practical changes across the Enterprise Voice technology stack. The engineer drives assigned upgrades, remediation efforts, implementations, integrations, automation, and technical initiatives from analysis through production deployment.

The engineer develops internal tools, APIs, automation, and lightweight applications using Python, modern development practices, and AI-assisted development capabilities. This includes taking prototypes, scripts, and AI-generated code and maturing them into secure, governed, observable, maintainable, and supportable production solutions.

The ideal candidate has broad engineering or application development experience combined with practical knowledge of enterprise voice, networking, infrastructure, security, IAM, cloud, and systems integration. The candidate should demonstrate strong critical thinking, operate effectively with incomplete requirements, identify risks and dependencies, evaluate multiple solution paths, and recommend practical approaches based on security, operational impact, architectural alignment, and long-term supportability.

This role collaborates with Voice Engineering, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IAM, Architecture, Operations, Risk, application development teams, and vendors to drive technical execution, strengthen engineering governance, and support the continued modernization of the Enterprise Voice environment.
