Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Reliability Technician, Utilities (Multiple Openings) located in Wilson, North Carolina, USA. This role will support a new site startup, which may require periods of travel during the site ramp-up and project timelines. During steady state, up to 25% travel may be required. The new facility will expand production of biologic medicines in oncology, immunology, and neuroscience, supporting strong portfolio growth and innovation.

Position Summary:

_ In the Global Engineering and Technology organization, we deliver innovative engineering solutions to support manufacturing. The Utilities Reliability Technician ensures compliant, accurate, and timely maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing utility equipment, including boilers, chillers, water systems, HVAC, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting site projects and equipment commissioning.

Qualifications:

_

• High School Diploma
• Trade/Technical School certification or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related industrial experience
• Knowledge of bio/pharmaceutical utilities and facilities
• Proficiency in maintenance disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation
• Experience with control systems like PLCs, SCADA, Delta V, SAP
