Validation Engineer, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Job Overview
Our client, a sterile manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, is seeking a team of manufacturing associates to support aseptic fill‑finish operations for prefilled syringe manufacturing within isolator‑based production lines. The Manufacturing Associate will execute GMP manufacturing activities, operate isolator equipment, and ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor isolator‑based fill‑finish equipment for prefilled syringes.
- Perform aseptic operations, including component preparation, line setup, changeovers, filling, stoppering, and capping.
- Execute processes in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs, batch records, and safety requirements.
- Conduct routine in‑process checks and inspections to maintain product quality and process control.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation—batch records, logbooks, and electronic systems.
- Support environmental monitoring activities and maintain aseptic technique.
- Identify and report deviations, equipment issues, or process abnormalities to supervisors and quality teams.
- Participate in deviation investigations, root‑cause analysis, and CAPA activities as needed.
- Maintain cleanroom standards, including gowning qualification and housekeeping of classified areas.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to support continuous operations and improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, batch records, and documentation practices
- Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis
- Team collaboration across functional disciplines
Contract position based in Wilson, NC.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
