- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations using simple hand tools while working under moderate supervision.
- Exercise autonomy to complete daily work assignments and provide input on methods and approaches for new tasks.
- Set up and assemble parts by accurately following procedures, routings, and work instructions.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards with zero defects and are completed on time to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and properly care for tools, materials, and equipment.
- Schedule and assign welding work to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time production.
- Utilize Excel to manage schedules, track job status, and facilitate shop‑floor planning.
- Comply with all company policies, including Environmental Health & Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance, and Quality Systems requirements.
- Participate in audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost‑reduction activities as required.
- Communicate work progress, quality concerns, and issues to leads or supervisors in a timely manner.
- Acquire required skills, knowledge, and certifications to support personal growth and department objectives.
- Consistently follow EH&S policies, wear required PPE, attend required training, and report unsafe conditions or practices.

Monday‑Friday; 3:30PM-11:30PM (Weekend Overtime may be required) Physical &
Work Environment Requirements :- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Must possess strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 lbs. (As allowed by EH&S)
- How to properly assemble components using standard manufacturing processes and tools.
- How quality systems and safety standards are applied in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- How to contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within a production team.
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Career Readiness Certification (CRC) strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of training modules associated with job grade.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (typing, screen navigation, learning new systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
