Raytheon - - Responsibilities:
Set up, program (at the machine and/or offline), and operate CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machines, grinders, sinker EDM and/or manual equipment to improve efficiency and reduce downtime;
Interpret and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, and advanced GD&T specifications;
Perform complex offsets, tool compensation, and program edits to maintain dimensional accuracy;
Produce precision parts to .0001 inch or better tolerances with minimal supervision;
Diagnose and resolve complex machining challenges including machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and material discrepancies
