** Your Impact in This Role
** As a
** Production Supervisor**, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
** Production Leadership
*** Lead daily production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations
* Supervise employees and subcontractors with
** safety as the top priority
*** Drive accountability and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions
* Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements
* Develop and manage annual production work plans
** Operational Excellence
*** Champion
** continuous improvement initiatives
** across the site
* Apply lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques
* Ensure production aligns with budget and operational targets
* Partner with teams to solve issues quickly and effectively
** Production Planning & Execution
*** Ensure production targets and schedules are met
* Collaborate closely with production schedulers and leadership
* Proactively address delays, challenges, or resource gaps
** Quality, Efficiency & Cost Control
*** Balance
** customer requirements
** with production efficiency
* Maintain high standards in quality, output, and cost management
** People Leadership
*** Lead, coach, and develop your team for long-term success

** What You Bring to the Table
**** Experience & Education
*** High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
* 3–5 years of
** supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
**** Technical Skills
*** Experience with
** lean manufacturing / process improvement
*** Knowledge of
** computerized maintenance systems
*** Ability to troubleshoot
** 480

VAC / 3-phase systems
*** Hands-on experience with:  + Mechanical conveyors, motors, pulleys  + Rigging and heavy equipment handling
** Additional Strengths
*** Six Sigma certification (a plus)
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
* Proficiency in
** MS Office (Excel & Word required)
*** Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Benefits
