Position Role Type:

- Lead a team of assemblers and technicians.
- Check work, products and paperwork for correctness and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and training to other operators.
- Set up, assemble parts, and test parts.
- Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
- Learn to accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
- Maintain responsibility for quality product standards with no defects.
- Build parts that meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Participate in cost reduction plans, audits, and continuous improvement plans/events.
- Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Check work methods and results for conformance to standards and re‑instruct as required.
- Report to supervisor on work progress and updates, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
- Follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Document acceptance or failure results.
- Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team.
- Follow plans for production schedules and quality requirements.
- Proficiently use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
- Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
- Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to business issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with electronic products and components.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with computers, test equipment, label printers, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- High‑level communication and leadership skills.
