Weekend Champion | LPN
Earn More for the Shifts That Matter Most
Our Weekend Champion Program rewards experienced and reliable LPNs who commit to consistent weekend coverage and exceptional care.
Compensation Highlights- $2.00/hour premium on top of base pay
- $150 weekly bonus for each completed weekend
- Shift differentials paid per policy
- Bonuses paid weekly on the following payroll
- Three consecutive days:
Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday - Assigned shift based on facility needs
- All shifts must be worked in full to receive bonus
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and leadership presence
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Maximize earnings in fewer days
- Predictable schedule and clear expectations
- Be a key leader during critical weekend shifts
