Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)
Job Location: In-person, 7‑bed Operating Room, 30‑minute radius for call or on‑site
Schedule: Days, rotating call weekends/rotating holidays, night, weekend and holiday call required
Compensation: $20,000 Commitment‑ Incentive Bonus (plus base compensation)
Our TeamJoin our team in a 7‑bed Operating Room (OR) with 1:1 patient ratio. Our OR specializes in General Surgery, Urology, GYN, Ortho, ENT and Cataract services. RNs typically work 8‑hour shifts, can vary based on cases. Night, weekend and holiday call is required. Must reside within a 30‑minute radius for call or stay onsite, on‑call room is available. Scrubs are provided.
This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support.
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

- Current state RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
- TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN preferred
- One year of experience preferred
