Join our team in a 90‑bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit, with 20 rehab beds and 70 LTC beds. Staffed with registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and medication aides, our unit cares for patients with CHF, COPD, diabetes, ESRD, renal failure, dementia, stroke, and heart disease. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.

• Current state LPN license and nursing degree from an accredited program
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• New grad LPNs welcome
• Long‑term care (LTC) preferred or desired to work with LTC patients
