Teamand Unit
Join our team in a 19‑bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists, and Psychiatric Providers. The unit treats a variety of diagnoses including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Substance Use Disorder.
Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Apply crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
- $20,000 Commitment – Incentive Bonus.

- Current state RN license.
- Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
- Preferred: one year of experience.
