As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you will support those in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.

Join our team in a 19‑bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists, and Psychiatric Providers. The unit treats a variety of diagnoses including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Substance Use Disorder.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Apply crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
• Preferred: one year of experience.
