Job Description
RN‑WMNCC Evenings – 7462‑2212.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing Services, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the RN coordinates total nursing care for residents, participates in resident and family teaching, acts as a resident/family advocate, and works with other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Work is highly confidential. Performs other duties of the department as required.
Qualifications- Graduation from a Nursing Education program with unrestricted or active current NC or multistate RN licensure required.
- Ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric residents.
- CPR certification required and provided.
