Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Wilson Rehab and Nursing Care (WRNC)

Job Type: Full-Time, 7a‑3p; $15,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus.

• 90‑bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit (20 rehab beds, 70 LTC beds)
• Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides
• Patient ratios: 1:15 days, 1:19 evenings, 1:25 nights.
• Provide care for patients with CHF, COPD, diabetes, ESRD, renal failure, dementia, stroke, and heart disease.

• Current state LPN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• New graduate LPNs welcome.
• Long‑term care experience preferred or desired.
