• Medical‑Surgical Units (2) - broad exposure to diverse patient populations
• Telemetry Unit - develop strong cardiac and monitoring skills
• Adult Behavioral Health Unit - build therapeutic communication skills and support patients with mental health needs
• Women's Services (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum) - maternal, newborn, and gynecological care
• Emergency Department - dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strong provider‑nurse collaboration
• Endoscopy - assist with diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures and develop procedural nursing skills

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
• 0‑6 months RN experience
• American Heart Association BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement)
