Wilson Medical Center is a 294‑bed hospital located in Wilson, North Carolina, and is part of Lifepoint Health—a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. This position is a full‑time, day shift Registered Nurse (RN) in our Physician Clinics, where you will support our mission of providing quality, patient‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist MDs/NPs with direct patient care, including equipment preparation, vital signs, medical history, and other clinical data.
- Manage appointment scheduling, procedure coordination, and timely patient flow.
- Process prescription refills and obtain insurance pre‑authorizations for testing and procedures.
- Takes verbal orders from Providers and documents accurately.
- Administer oral and parenteral medications (excluding IV) under Physician direction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked clinical environment.
- Complete all documentation promptly and support overall clinic operations as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Current NC RN license.
- BLS certification required or obtained within the first week of hire.
- 1–2 years of prior clinic experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with medical terminology and data entry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strict confidentiality.
