Summary/Objective

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve, the LPN or RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current State License as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse or RN Registered Nurse.
LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.
