Geriatric and adult

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, Renal Disease, Dialysis, Diabetes, Post-surgical (femur fractures, hip fractures, abdominal surgeries, amputations), Dementia, Chronic Wounds, Stroke, UTI
