This Licensed Practical Nurse job is ideal for a compassionate, dependable clinician who enjoys building relationships with residents and coworkers while delivering high-quality long-term care. You will support a 90-bed skilled nursing facility focused on restorative health, comfort, and personalized patient care.

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,400 - $1,470
• Shift: 8-hour evenings, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Start Date: 07/27/2026

• Active LPN or LVN license
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience preferred or required
• AHA BLS certification
• Strong medication administration and vital sign interpretation skills
• Experience with Point Click Care  preferred
• Ability to work effectively with geriatric and adult populations
• Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented approach to patient care

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications and monitor for changes in condition
• Interpret vital signs and report concerns promptly
• Support tube feed administration, IV medication administration, and nebulizer treatments as needed
• Assist with the care of residents with CHF, renal disease, dialysis, diabetes, dementia, chronic wounds, stroke recovery, UTIs, and post-surgical needs
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote resident comfort, safety, and recovery
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
