OverviewThis Licensed Practical Nurse job is ideal for a compassionate, dependable clinician who enjoys building relationships with residents and coworkers while delivering high-quality long-term care. You will support a 90-bed skilled nursing facility focused on restorative health, comfort, and personalized patient care.

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,400 - $1,470
- Shift: 8-hour evenings, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Start Date: 07/27/2026
- Active LPN or LVN license
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience preferred or required
- AHA BLS certification
- Strong medication administration and vital sign interpretation skills
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred
- Ability to work effectively with geriatric and adult populations
- Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented approach to patient care
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and monitor for changes in condition
- Interpret vital signs and report concerns promptly
- Support tube feed administration, IV medication administration, and nebulizer treatments as needed
- Assist with the care of residents with CHF, renal disease, dialysis, diabetes, dementia, chronic wounds, stroke recovery, UTIs, and post-surgical needs
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote resident comfort, safety, and recovery
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record
- Stable evening shift schedule with guaranteed weekly hours
