3HC Home Health and Hospice in Wilson, NC is seeking a Hybrid HH & Hospice Nurse, RN (PRN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate hospice services in accordance with agency policies.
Requirements include NC RN license, at least one year in acute care, CPR/BCLS, EMR experience, strong communication, dependable, and valid driver's license; hospice experience preferred. Travel within the service area is expected and compensation is on an as-needed basis.
