Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, rapid-response care in a busy emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Monitor patient safety and comfort, document assessments and interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Respond to life-threatening situations per standards and protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Minimum one year recent ER experience
- Valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Ability to work under pressure, analyze situations quickly, and maintain professionalism
