ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure quality and consistency for all Correspondent teammates, vendors, and sites either through post purchase analysis sampling of loans purchased or process improvement efforts.

Reports findings/deficiencies as needed, using clear concise language.

Participate in occasional training updates for Operations staff and provide feedback to Operations staff during monthly Quality Assurance calls.

Validate information entered into Lending Space is accurate, findings are valid, and documentation is acceptable/sufficient.

Identify patterns in errors/deficiencies before they become trends and elevate as needed to applicable management.

Mentor and train peers in areas of relative strength.

Generate reports to assist with Operations production/monitoring as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent education and work related training.

2+ years of experience working with mortgage loan procedures and documents and/or quality assurance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a business‑related field, or equivalent education and related training.

4+ years of experience in a finance or mortgage related field.

Demonstrated proficiency using Black Knight Lending Space platform and Compliance Ease.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is $54,000 to $65,000.
