Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, QA Specialist - Analyst/Manager, Production QC/QA, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
JSG is seeking a Chemist for our client in Wilson NC. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine analytical testing, documenting results, and supporting laboratory investigations in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting. Your work will directly impact the development and quality assurance of life-changing medications.
Pay $28.06/hour
Required Skills:- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin, Standard Work)
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment such as Karl Fisher, pH meters, conductivity meters, UV, HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, etc.
- Understanding of regulatory, cGLP, and cGMP principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Skills:
- Experience with HPLC, dissolution apparatus, FTIR, NIR, and other laboratory instruments
- Familiarity with Empower, Labware/LIMS systems
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
- Technical writing skills, including updating SOPs and writing quality notifications
- Knowledge of Tier processes
- Experience executing continuous improvement initiatives
- Successful completion of Beta Lactam screening
- Eye exam certification
