As a Dining Room Host and Cleaner at Chick-fil-A Wilson, you will be the face of hospitality in our dining area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment.

Your role will involve greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring the dining area remains spotless throughout the day.

Position:
Dining Room Host and Cleaner

Hours:

9:00 AM - 11:00 PM (up to 29 hours)

Reports To:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:

* Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.

* Assist guests with seating, answering questions, and providing menu guidance.

* Check on guests periodically to ensure their needs are met and they have a pleasant experience.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.

* Ensure trash is regularly emptied, and areas are sanitized according to Chick-fil-A standards.

* Perform routine checks to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly.

Team

Collaboration:

* Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.

* Assist with restocking supplies and informing management of any inventory needs.

* Support team members in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Safety and Compliance:

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.

* Follow Chick-fil-A policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest service.

Efficient and capable of handling multiple tasks during busy periods.

* Physical Stamina:
Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and bending (Capable of lifting 50 lbs and stand for about 8-10 hours daily)
