Overview

Have you always wanted to get into car sales but didn't like the idea of being 100% commission? We pay on volume and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Advisor/ Automotive Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customer with their new or used car purchase. Understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction.

As a Client Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in technology sales and customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow‑up.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet automotive needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Work with guests in store and through the CRM with internet leads and phone opportunities to drive consistent client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM software for effective account management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
  • Proven experience in technology sales or a related field, demonstrating strong sales acumen.
  • Excellent upselling skills with a focus on maximizing client value.
  • Proficient in verbal communication ensuring client needs are met consistently.
  • Experience in territory management, effectively prioritizing client engagements.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
