** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries, while following post orders and visitor management procedures.

+ Support facility operations by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and exterior grounds for security-related concerns, then communicating findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
