This is a full‑time, on‑site Field Service Technician role located in Rocky Mount, NC. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and servicing electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and related industrial equipment. The role also involves performing onsite services such as laser alignment, thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and field balancing. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting equipment, and providing exceptional customer support during servicing activities.
Qualifications- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and testing equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
