• Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Work with an incredible team of people in a safety-focused environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
• Maintain Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 21 years of age and CDL license may be required in some locations.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to provide personal mechanic’s tools of trade.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
• Related experience may include:
  Shop Mechanic, Mechanic, Technician, Service Foreman, Service Manager, Shop Manager, Mechanic Supervisor, Technician Supervisor, Lead Mechanic, Lead Technician, Diesel Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Service Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Hydraulic Technician, Hydraulic Mechanic, ASE Certified Mechanic, IFPS Certified Technician.

$22.85 - 31.41 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
