  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve system reliability, reduce downtime, and support capital projects and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation (control logic, wiring diagrams, loop sheets) and ensure compliance with GMP, NEC, OSHA, ALCOA+, and change control standards.

  • Hands‑on experience working with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley/Siemens), SCADA systems (Factory Talk, Wonderware, Ignition), VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and P& systems, including programming, troubleshooting, and system support.
  • Experience utilizing and troubleshooting industrial communication networks (OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Profibus DP/PA, Profinet, Modbus RTU/TCP) and supporting integrated automation environments.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs, and using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to resolve system issues.
  • Experience supporting GMP‑regulated environments, including audits, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls, while using CMMS systems (SAP) and collaborating across cross‑functional teams to drive reliability and compliance.
