The City of Santa Fe Springs is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician HVAC to perform skilled trades work in the maintenance and repair of public buildings and associated facilities. The technician will ensure HVAC systems are maintained, perform repairs, and assist in a variety of building maintenance tasks.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, considerable experience in building maintenance, and commercial HVAC experience. A competitive salary of $57,240 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans, will be provided.
