shifts: need mechanics on1st or 3rd shift (6am-6:30pm) or (6pm-630am)

salary: $30-$40 hourly (doe)

the maintenance technician is responsible for scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment
. This position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, electrical systems, and plc-controlled equipment
.

• perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  .
• troubleshoot plcs, conveyors, motors, controls, and automated equipment
  .
• perform equipment setups and production line changeovers.
• maintain supporting systems including glycol, ro water, compressed air, lubrication, and chemical distribution systems
  .
• diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
  .
• complete and document work orders and parts used.
• communicate equipment status and maintenance activities between shifts.
• assist with training other maintenance personnel.
• follow all gmp, sqf, food safety, ppe, and company safety requirements
  .
• support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

• high school diploma/ged required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• beverage, food, or high-speed packaging experience preferred.
• strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  .
• experience with plcs, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and automated equipment
  .
• ability to read machinery blueprints, schematics, and parts manuals.
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• must obtain and maintain forklift certification
  .
• must be available for overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as required.
