About UsCyclemax is a locally owned company that has been in business since 1974. We sell Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes, ATVs, and Side by Sides as well as Hustler Zero Turn Mowers. We also sell parts and offer maintenance and repair services. Our E-Commerce warehouse team ships parts to customers who place orders on our websites and our Amazon and eBay stores.
We are continuing to grow our team to meet the demands of our online customers.
The warehouse team’s main responsibilities are picking, preparing, packaging, and shipping products to our online customers. We have recently moved into our brand new heated and cooled warehouse. This position has a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends.
The demands of our customers continue to outpace our capacity. This demand and the consistent growth of our company provides an amazing opportunity for hard working, driven people to advance their careers quickly.

The position requires, but not limited to- Ability to read English text and accurately verify part numbers.
- Individuals to properly pack, label, and sort packages accurately.
- Standing, lifting, and moving for multiple consecutive hours.
- Individuals to prepare packaging and components for future production.
- Individuals to ensure order accuracy.
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb.
- Developing a positive working relationship with all other team members.
- Solid communication skills.
- Ability to navigate shipping vendor websites.
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
- Ability to operate a Baler.
- Ability to operate an electric pallet stacker.
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- A hunger for personal and professional development.
Production Leader and Warehouse Manager
Compensation and BenefitsPay:
Starting at: $14/hr
Profit Share:
Team members become eligible for profit share after 90 days of employment. This is paid as a monthly bonus as a percentage of net profit.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 7AM-4PM and Friday 9AM-4PM
