Staff Accountant

In this role, you will:

• Maintain accurate financial records for assigned properties, including general ledger entries, accruals, and monthly close processes
• Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and provide variance analysis against budget.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process journal entries, management fees, check requests, and bank transfers as needed.

To be a fit, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
