Business Office Manager

Business Office Manager will manage Accounts Receivables (A/R) and complete full cycle billing processes across multiple payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and private pay. The role also supervises a small team responsible for AR collection, payroll, Accounts Payable (A/P), and other general office duties.

• Manage Accounts Receivables and complete full‑cycle billing for Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and private pay.
• Supervise a small group handling AR collection, payroll, accounts payable, and general office tasks.

• Experience in collections and A/R.
• Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
