Wilsonville, OR Job Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Full Time Compensation: $24-$28 an hour We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Admin to join our client in Wilsonville, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in an office setting. Responsibilities:

  • Compile and process employee timecards accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate daily communication and scheduling with field staff
  • Organize and track frequent field updates and operational reports
  • Support front-end payroll functions, including data entry and verification processes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience in an administrative or office position, ideally some exposure to processing timecards
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
