- Pay Range: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

We are hiring for one of our clients dependable and motivated Crew Members to support residential foundation repair and site preparation activities. This hands‑on role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and working under the guidance of a project foreperson to complete construction tasks safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and are interested in building or advancing a career in residential construction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with residential foundation repair and construction‑related tasks
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites, including debris removal
- Support excavation, lifting, form setting, and general labor activities
- Operate basic hand and power tools in a safe manner
- Follow daily instructions from the site foreperson and collaborate with crew members
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and jobsite protocols
- Travel to local and regional residential job sites as required
- Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials
- Comfortable working in confined spaces when required
- Ability to lift approximately 60–80 lbs repeatedly during the workday
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location
- No specific licenses or certifications required
