Senior Project Manager Job Wilsonville area,Oregon USA,Construction

Location: SW Portland, OR

Pay: $130,000 – $160,000 annually (DOE) + bonus potential

Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do:

Oversee multiple commercial and mechanical construction projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
Manage project financials
, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability
Lead and develop project teams, Project Managers, and field staff
Act as the key liaison between job sites, office teams, and field operations leadership
Monitor schedules, resources, and project performance
Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

What You Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in commercial and mechanical construction
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a deadline-driven environment

The Musts:

Proficiency with Procore
Proficiency with Bluebeam
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong financial and operational project management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail

Preferred:

Experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and VDC environments
Background working with high-performing, team-oriented construction companies
Experience mentoring Project Managers and project teams
