Rental Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental reservations and check‑ins
  • Maintain rental vehicle inventory, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness
  • Support front‑office administrative tasks, including rental agreements, documentation, and record‑keeping
  • Assist service advisors with entry‑level service tasks such as vehicle check‑ins, inspection notes, and scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle availability, rental terms, and service updates
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient rental and service department environment
Rental Coordinator Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 depending on experience

Qualifications
  • Customer‑focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required>

Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
