Assistant Swim Coach

Description:

Quality teacher, with experience in developing swimming techniques with emphasis on building a competitive team.

Willingness to work collaboratively with staff, and to work with participants as student-athletes.

Work with the head coach in developing skills, techniques, and strategies for competive swimming;

monitor student development and academic progress; and collaborate with staff members.

effectively promote an overall quality athletic program for our student-athletes and community.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Prior HS coaching experience (preferred but not required)
• College playing experience (preferred but not required)
• Dedication to the positive development of the person as well as the player
• Excellent communication skills
• Be dependable, organized, punctual

Must meet and complete certifications and adhere to school and district policies.
The coach shall have completed the annual online required trainings as well as other West Linn-Wilsonville employment requirements
