The co‑op will be part of a team of dedicated engineers and technicians that support production through innovative thinking and design solutions for manufacturing.

Immerse yourself in a full‑time, Monday‑Friday co‑op session that will run May/June - December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

• Work alongside experienced Industrial Engineers
• Implement improvements in the production cell (fixtures, shadowboards etc.)
• Help manage projects such as floor layout changes
• Data analysis including manufacturing lead time, time studies and utilization

• Tools and methodologies such lean principles, value stream mapping and cell design
• Conducting time and motion studies to evaluate resource utilization and performance.
• Proficiency in software tools like Auto Cad and Solid Works.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
