What You Will Do
As the Capital Projects Engineering Manager, you will lead high-impact projects from vision to reality while guiding a talented and dedicated team. You'll oversee the planning, design, and construction of capital improvements that leave a lasting mark on the community. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and strategic. You'll partner with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and the public to deliver projects that improve mobility, sustainability, and livability across the city.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Oregon Professional Engineer registration (or ability to obtain within six months)
- Six years of engineering experience, including at least three years in public works or capital project management
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project delivery skills
